Scramaseax, which means ‘knife for wounds' in Latin, was characteristic of the Germanic peoples, especially the Saxons, in the 8th-11th centuries period. The tactical knife SCRAMASEAX is a highly effective self-defense weapon and at the same time a versatile cutting tool. The knife is made of stainless steel 1.4116, with a thickness of 5 mm and a hardness of 57 HRC. Such features provide excellent cutting performance. The fixed blade design with a full tang construction ensures reliability during use. The handle is equipped with textured ABS plastic scales for enhanced durability. The knife comes with a nylon sheath featuring a MOLLE system for secure carrying.

When developing a modern version of the scramaseax, we aimed to save the authenticity of its shape. We strived to ensure that it also aligns with the definition of "a knife for wounds". When designing, we took a knife found in England, in Sittinburn, Kent. It belongs to the type of saex (knife) called “broken back”. Such blade is characterized by a straight cutting edge and a sharp angled back.
The tactical knife SCRAMASEAX from Blade Brothers Knives combines historical past and modern technologies. It provides reliability in various tasks faced by the military, rescuers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Ich bin eigentlich kein großer Freund von Edelstahlklingen, aber das Fällkniven hat was.
Eigentlich schade, dass es das Messer nicht mehr in ATS-34 gibt.
So wie man es sich wünscht, dazu noch mit einer netten Karte! Sicher nicht mein letzter Kauf.
Das "Bushcraft Outdoor" sieht auf den Bildern grösser aus als dass es ist. Solide, fehlerlose Verarbeitung, da stimmt alles.

Ein großartiges Messer. Liegt hervorragend satt in der Hand und bietet mehrere Griffmöglichkeiten. Es ist makellos verarbeitet und wirkt durch die klaren und geraden Linien sehr elegant und gar nicht so wuchtig. Perfekt für größere Arbeiten aber auch zum Schnitzen bedingt geeignet. Ich bin begeistert. Auch den Shop kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
